In this 3-hour workshop you'll be learning self-care techniques that helps your body:

✔ heal burnout and help body get-out from loops of stress (auto-pilot mode);

✔ reset vagus nerve, so nervous system is able to rest and digestive system is able to process the residues of trapped emotional traumas;

✔ offload built-up pressure, so body has an outlet to detox & release congestion and bring clarity at all levels [physically, mentally and emotionally];

✔ recalibrate body’s gravity ("lighter energetic weight"), after releasing baggage and burdens from long term holdings of stress and trauma to be grounded;

✔ reformulate healthy boundaries after stopping energy leakage by dis-engaging emotional triggers

repair olfactory system, so body's 1st line of defence is optimised to recognise danger and threats. Allowing immune functions and intuitive abilities regain its powers to optimally recognize and address exposure to danger(s):

  • physical harm (immune functions) and
  • emotional (sense of smell)

without draining energy excessively.

Course Overview

Participants will learn 5 simple and proven techniques, that can be applied immediately to:

  • Recover from burnout
  • Promotes rest and downtime, so body isn't caught in stress loops
  • Seal energy leakage to prevent feeling drained even after a good night's sleep
  • Reset metabolism to regulate any emotional fluctuations
  • Relocate body's fulcrum point and re-establish gravity centre.

It is necessary for our body's energy to recognise its own gravity centre, so it can remain grounded.

Qi shield techniques not only help recover from long-term burnout, it also rebuilt the healthy boundaries (energetically and socially) to support optimal health and wellbeing, quality relationships, and boost emotional vitality!

Since 2003, Irene has been training and coaching adults in personal growth and self-improvement, selfcare and self-discovery arena.
